One-Time Fee:Pet deposit is $300 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets.
Monthly Pet Rent:$20 per pet
Breed Restrictions:Restricted breed groups are Akita, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Elkhounds, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, and Wolf Breeds. Any other pets, reptiles, rodents, or exotic pets must be approved by management prior to moving in.
Weight Limit:Maximum adult weight is 20 pounds.
Additional Details:
Limit of 2 pets per home. Pets must be housebroken and properly inoculated.
